The Squirrels took on the undefeated Thundercats on Saturday, and gave them their first loss of the season in a 5-4 win.

The Squirrels fell to Wolfe Pack on Friday, 5-3. Carson Klein scored twice, while Demetri Bedel had the other goal for the Squirrels, who lost to Wolfe Pack for the second game in a row.

The Squirrels played a complete and competitive game Sunday, beating the Laughing Skulls, 5-2.

This Squirrels didn’t play a bad game Friday overall, but they had a difficult time scoring in a 4-1 loss to the Thundercats. The game, in fact, was close until early in the third period when the Thundercats pulled away.
