The Squirrels lost their second in a row Tuesday, falling 4-3 after a nine-round shootout.
Leading 3-1 with less than five minutes to go, the Squirrels got an unlucky bounce which cut the lead to 3-2. Then the Squirrels got a power play, but took another minor shortly after which made it 4 on 4 with two defensemen in the box. The Squirrels gave up the equalizer with less than a minute remaining.
Mike Bartock, Jason Gustafson and Jason Wolf scored for the Squirrels, while Bartock and Don Marks each scored in the shootout.
