The Squirrels dropped their third in a row Tuesday, falling to Wolf Pack, 5-2.
They did, however, outplay them in the first period, as Dave Chung got the scoring started with a close-in goal. But a turnover later in the period went to Wolfe Pack’s Tyler Crouse, who scored the first of his four goals and five points.
Tony Richelsen got the Squirrels another goal late in the third period, with a shot from the point, but the game was out of reach.
