The Squirrels got a much-needed victory Saturday, and also stopped an offensive drought with a 9-4 win against the Bullets.
Defenseman Geoff Grek led the Squirrels with a hat trick, while Tony Richelsen, Tero Moberg, Mario Constantinou, Brent Machado, Scott Kronzek, and Brandon Barkoff each had one. Grek also had two assists, as did Moberg. Everyone in the Squirrels lineup had at least one point.
The game ended a couple of minutes early when a player on the Bullets accidentally got cut after running into a ref.
