The Squirrels completed a season sweep of the Jesters on Tuesday with a solid 4-2 win. Joe Eck and Charles Warner each scored a pair for the Squirrels. With only two subs in an extremely hot rink, the Squirrels got revenge on the Jesters on Thursday, as their goalie allowed an uncharacteristic 7 goals, including 5 in the second period, as the Squirrels ran away with a 7-4 win.

It was tight in the first period, as Vivek Pinto and Charles Warner each scored but the game was tied 2-2 going into the half. Pinto snuck one through in the first shift of the second period but it was a 3-2 game for the next nine minutes. Then the Squirrels scored three straight in only a couple of minutes. The Jesters still had legs, however, adding two more though Greg Hainer also scored to put the game out of reach.

The Squirrels took over second place with the win, only 3 points behind the Dinosaurs, who lost their first of the season Thursday.
